All copyright and other intellectual property rights in any material contained in this Web site is either owned by PGB Golf or has been licensed to PGB Golf by the rights owners so that PGB Golf can use this material as part of its Web site. You are only allowed to use this Web site and the material contained in this Web site (including any trademarks) as set out below.

You may access any part of the Web site and print off one copy of any individual page for your own personal use only. You may not copy (by printing off onto paper, storing on disk or in any other way), distribute (including distributing copies), alter or tamper with in any way or otherwise use any material contained in the Web site except as specifically permitted above. You may not copy, distribute or otherwise use any material from the Web site for any commercial purpose.

Golf Bookings
We endevour to keep the information on this website as accurate and up to date as possible. However, information is for illustration only. When making an enquiry, please ask us for a written quotation, which will have current information and pricing. The quotation is subject to availability of hotel rooms and tee times. When you place a booking, we then confirm exact tee times, make your accommodation booking, and transport arrangements. We will send you a confirmation of the booking details. Your booking is arranged between PGB Golf and it's suppliers (eg golf courses and hotels) on your behalf. We endevour to make your golf holiday simple and problem-free.

Airport & golf transfers
Where transfers are included in the cost of a package, this assumes that your group is travelling together, and we include one transfer from the airport and the return journey at the end of your holiday. In the event that your group has, for example, different flights, and will not be travelling together, we will need to make an extra charge for any extra transfers. Transfers between your accommodation and golf courses also assume your group will be travelling together.

Car Hire
Where car hire is included in your package, you will collect your vehicle at Faro, Malaga or Lisbon airport, unless other arrangements have been agreed in advance. Standard CDW insurance, a full tank of fuel are included. Any extras should be paid locally. You will be expected to return the vehicle with a full tank, and you will need to leave a credit card imprint on arrival to guarantee this. Exact terms, including number of named drivers, varies depending on which airport you are collecting the car from, please contact us if you need clarification.

Tee Times
We book exact tee times on your behalf with the relevant golf courses. The golf courses do reserve the right to change tee times, but this is unusual and is given with prior notice, and we will advise you of any change. Should a tee time be cancelled by the course owing to unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather, it is common practice for courses to issue a voucher (often referred to as a "rain cheque") to play at another time. In the event that this cannot be used by the players at a later date, we will again supply information for insurance purposes if requested. For bookings that are not complete 4-balls, the course or starter may, at their discretion, group players together.

Payments
Payments can be made in Pounds Sterling or Euros by bank transfer or Mastercard and Visa credit and debit cards. Credit cards are processed in Euros. If your price has been quoted in Pounds but you wish to pay by credit card, we calculate the amount at the Pound-Euro exchange rate at the time of the transaction. There is a credit card charge of 2.5%. We cannot be responsible for any extra charges that might be levied by your credit card company. You can make an advance booking with the payment of a deposit, with the balance being paid 8 weeks before arrival. The exact amount of the deposit will be shown on your quotation. If a balance is not paid in full by the due date without prior arrangement with us, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and any deposit is not refundable. We issue your travel documents after full payment has been received.

Changes to numbers of players or cancellations
In the event that a member or members of a golf party has to withdraw or for any reason does not wish to use all or parts of a package, a refund may be possible if applied for at least 45 days before playing. There is an administration fee of 30€ per player, and in the event that a package is cancelled in part, the remaining items booked will be charged at normal rates. In the event of a cancellation within 45 days of the date of play, we will issue the player(s) with a receipt so they can make a claim on their travel insurance. Deposits are non-refundable, but in the case where there is a reasonable reduction in player numbers (for example, where a group has booked 16 players and paid deposits, but only 14 are able to travel) we will credit the whole of the original deposit paid from the remaining balance, so long as we are informed at least 8 weeks before arrival. Should a player not be able to travel, or after departure be unable to complete his holiday because of unforeseen personal difficulty, we will be pleased to provide documentation for any travel insurance claim.

We cannot be responsible for golfers who are not allowed to play for such reasons as inappropriate behaviour or dress, or failure to produce necessary documents including golf vouchers or handicap certificates. We most strongly recommend that anyone planning to travel takes out adequate travel insurance. In the event that a claim is made on travel insurance, PGB Golf will provide any documentation within its power to support claims. PGB Golf will also endevour to provide alternative holiday provision.
